Brussels sprouts have always had a bad reputation, but I promise you they can be delicious! I believe that this recipe is a testament to that. I have experimented cooking with brussels sprouts over the past year and this is one of my favourite recipes. By baking them in the oven with a marinade you are able to cook the flavours into the brussels sprouts as well as getting a nice crisp texture. This recipe is simple, yet tasty. I mixed a small amount of honey with fresh garlic, salt and pepper and topped it off with some fresh parmesan cheese.
